Terms & Conditions – belle&bloom

1. Booking & Payment

A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

  • Dry Hire bookings require a £50 refundable deposit

  • All other services require a £50 refundable deposit plus 50% of the total booking fee upfront to secure the date and cover the cost of materials, including flowers

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the event date.

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Deposits

  • The £50 deposit is refundable, provided all hired items are returned in their original condition

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit)

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to the preparation and sourcing of perishable goods

4. Damage, Loss & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all hired equipment during the hire period.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft of items including (but not limited to) the bloom bar, buckets, signage, or accessories will be charged accordingly

  • The refundable deposit may be retained in part or full to cover damages

5. Setup & Collection

  • belle&bloom will arrange a suitable time for setup and collection prior to the event

  • Access to the venue must be provided at the agreed time

  • Any delays outside of our control may affect setup time and overall presentation

6. Flowers & Seasonal Availability

  • All flowers are subject to seasonal availability

  • In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, suitable alternatives of equal quality and style will be used

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring adequate space is available for the bloom bar setup

  • Providing a safe and suitable environment for the display

  • Informing guests of any allergies where applicable

8. Liability

belle&bloom will not be held liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions to flowers or foliage

  • Injuries caused by misuse of equipment

  • Damage caused by third parties during the event

9. Travel

Travel within Milton Keynes is included.
Additional travel outside this area may incur a fee, which will be agreed in advance.

10. General

belle&bloom reserves the right to make adjustments to services where necessary, ensuring the overall quality and experience remains consistent.

    → e.g. not responsible for weather damage

  4. Setup time window
    → prevents last-minute stress
